Maybe not for being careless, maybe not for being caremore, but for being carefree.

SECONDARY BODY

也許不關於少,也許多也無關緊要,而是取決於我們能否從裡到外的無拘無束。

Secondary Body is a practice of cultivating attention without focus. It begins from a simple proposition: to remain open, to notice without holding, to let the body act before the mind defines. The work unfolds through three axes — Embody Awareness, Source Awareness, and Emotional Embracement — each branching into elemental qualities such as navigation, shape, reaction, sensitivity, commitment, or transparency. Rather than fixed techniques, these are entrances, ways of orienting. Together they form a compass that guides the practitioner across different terrains of body, source, and emotion.

Secondary Body is not about producing form but about generating clarity. It is a practice of clearing and remembering, of strengthening versatility while remaining porous, of letting potential emerge without force. Through attention that does not fix, the body becomes transparent, capable of transformation, and alive to what it does not yet know.
